Visit to Blaye and a local vineyard

Join us on our trip on a luxury coach to the town of Blaye on the Gironde estuary, and then onto the Chateau des Ifs vineyard. Free time in Blaye, then on to the vineyard for a tour before returning home. Price is 30 euros per member, 40 euros for guests.

About the Event
PLEASE BOOK QUICKLY FOR THIS SUBSIDISED EVENT. Cutoff date is 29th October. The cost is 30 euros per member, 40 euros per guest. It will be up to individuals to arrange their own lunch.
The coach will leave Confolens at 9am. We will arrive in Blaye around 11am where you are free to wander round the village and little port area, have some lunch, visit the market which takes place that day, or pay a free visit to the UNESCO heritage site of the Citadelle. It may be advisable to research your own restaurant in advance as some close after September.
The coach will pick us up again at 3pm and take us to the tour of the Chateau des Ifs vineyard, which again is free. There will, of course, be the opportunity to buy some of their wine if you so desire.
